Join FACP for a discussion facilitated by Heather McArthur around the use of Mediation in Collaborative cases and examples of how Mediation has been used. This webinar will be a facilitated discussion exploring the intersection of mediation and Collaborative Practice. We will discuss how the two approaches align and where they differ, as well as the potential value of weaving mediation into Collaborative cases. We’ll look at the benefits clients might gain, the challenges and concerns practitioners may face, and how clearly defining the roles of attorneys, MHPs/coaches, financial neutrals, and mediators can strengthen the process. This will be an opportunity for FACP members to share experiences, ask questions, and deepen everyone’s understanding of how mediation can complement collaborative work.
