When One Size Does Not Fit All: Designing Flexible Collaborative Practice – 10:30am-12:00pm

This session invites collaborative professionals to explore how unbundled professional services and thoughtfully designed systems can expand access, flexibility, and sustainability within Collaborative Practice. Drawing on real-world experience from a private law firm that has reimagined service delivery, this interactive presentation examines “Collaborative Practice 2.0”—including limited-scope representation, creative integration of financial and mental-health professionals, and practical technology tools that support families with diverse needs.

Participants will gain concrete strategies for fitting new collaborative models to real clients, strengthening interdisciplinary connections, and increasing access to collaborative services while maintaining professional integrity, efficiency, and well-being.
