On Wednesday, January 18, 2023 from noon to 1 pm, Collaborative Professionals from around the world are invited to a very special live virtual presentation by Professor Jim Friedman, the UN Chief Steward for World Creativity & Innovation Week/Day (WCIW/D).
This one-hour interactive presentation, Creativity in Collaboration, will provide Collaborative Professionals with stories, ideas and inspiration about using the creative process to solve problems and disputes.
Creativity is key in Collaborative Divorce where outcomes are not based on rote legalese and positional bargaining but rather on the individual interests and specific needs of the couple and family involved. To achieve the win-win scenario envisioned by the Collaborative Process, creativity and innovation are a must.
