FACP’s Board of Directors is responsible for advising its Executive Committee of the goals for its Strategic Plan to align its mission and stakeholder expectations. This transparent process will define, prioritize, and communicate FACP’s strategy to align its members and financial resources to achieve measurable outcomes that measure our progress in achieving our objectives. While the Ad-Hoc Committee recognizes that in-person engagement is the preferred method of having the retreat, this year’s Strategic Planning session will be held on-line and we have engaged the services of an experienced facilitator to assist us.
FACP members who are interested in participating in the full Strategic Planning Retreat should reserve a space with Marta Alfonso at firstname.lastname@example.org. Participants will be provided some pre-reading material as background information for the retreat.
Strategic Planning Session will be held on 2/17/23 and 2/18/23 from 9am to 5:30pm on Friday and 9am to 12pm on Saturday.
