Staying in Your Own Lane and Avoiding the Crash

Presented on Wednesday, April 26th

As Collaborative Professionals, we are tasked with the responsibility of bringing our discipline-specific and shared knowledge, training, skills, experiences, and attitudes in a “collective mind” to the Collaborative arena in an effort to guide our clients toward the most positive outcomes possible. This is a “slippery slope.” Knowing when to “stay in one’s own lane” and when to cross over lanes. in order to advance progress is challenging and can often perpetuate the conflict that our clients already bring. This workshop provides information on how to effectively drive the process forward.

Presented by Dr. Randy Heller

When: April 26, 2023 12:00 PM Eastern Time (US and Canada)
