A new approach appropriate for introductory and experienced Collaborative Professionals by Washington State. Your training team will be, Leigh Noffsinger, Esq. and Kirsten Hytopoulos, Esq. who have had 80 collaborative cases together!

TRAINING WILL INCLUDE:

  • Step-by-step demonstrations through a collaborative case study, from client intake to joint meetings to final agreements: building skills to support clients and reach durable resolutions.
  • Videotaped interviews with former clients providing insights and perspectives on how best to support families through divorce.
  • Step-by-step plans, templates, client handouts and marketing materials to quickly launch or invigorate your professional practice.

  • 8 hours of CLE, CMU and CEU pending
