7th Circuit Signs Administrative Order Endorsing Collaborative Process

On September 7th, 2018 the 7th Circuit released an administrative order endorsing the Collaborative Process and encouraging “peaceful resolution of disputes and the early resolution of pending litigation through a voluntary settlement process.” This is another big step for the Collaborative Process as the 7th Circuit represents Flagler, Putnam, St. Johns and Volusia Counties.
The Florida Academy of Collaborative Professionals commends the 7th circuit on this recently issued administrative order. We hope this administrative order will encourage other counties to follow suit.
