The Florida Academy Collaborative Processionals has worked feverishly over the last several years, along with their members across the state, to work towards a more peaceful way for families to resolve disputes. During this process the state of Florida has become a leader for the Collaborative Process, not only in the United States, but across the globe in the United Kingdom.
In a recent article published on Lexology, by Scottish law firm Brodies LLC, the FACP’s recent survey of their members on the success rate of the Collaborative Process was referenced. We are extremely proud of the hard work that all of our volunteers and members provide to the FACP and the Collaborative Process. Providing families with a more peaceful way to resolve disputes is our number one goal and we are glad to have dedicated professionals here in Florida that lead the way.
