Presenters:

Tammy Berman is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, an Accredited Collaborative Facilitator, A Qualified Parenting Coordinator, and a Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator. She specializes in helping people through the divorce process, in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and in working with teens.

Tammy has been in the mental health field since 2003 and is invested in educating the public and promoting the Collaborative process as a primary mode of transitioning a family through a divorce. She is the current Vice President of the Collaborative Family Law Professionals of South Florida, a Co-Chair of thIs Group’s Outreach Committee, which includes the 17th Circuit Collaborative ProBono Project, she is a Co-Chair for the 2021 and 2022 FACP conference committee, she is a co-chair of the FACP Research Committee, she is a member of the South Palm Beach County Collaborative Law Group, and she is a long standing co-presenter of the Second Saturday Broward Divorce Workshop.

Fernanda Pedroso is a collaboratively trained family law attorney representing clients in South Florida. She is a graduate of Nova Southeastern—Shepard Broad School of Law. Her experience and approach to family law issues are dictated by her belief that families are better served when encouraged to find common ground rather than turn their lives into a battleground. Fernanda is a board member of the Collaborative Family Law Professionals of South Florida; co-chair of the 17th Judicial Circuit Pro Bono Collaborative Court Project; co-chair of the I.D.E.A committee of the FACP—Florida Academy of Collaborative Professionals; and assistant director of the National Association of Divorce Professionals’ West Broward Chapter

Kristen Goss was born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She attended the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida and earned a Bachelor of Science with a concentration in Communication Studies and Political Science and a minor in Spanish. Kristen earned her Juris Doctorate degree from The Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan.
Kristen is a Florida Trained Collaborative Family Law Attorney who has a passion for helping families resolve their legal interests outside of court. She utilizes her communication studies degree to effectively advocate for the legal interests of her Clients.

Kristen is a member of the West Broward chapter of the National Association of Divorce Professionals, serves on the Subcommittee of the Outreach Committee of the FACP, serves on the I.D.E.A. Committee of the FACP, is a member of the Collaborative Family Law Professionals of South Florida, and is a member of the Choose Collaborative Law Group in South Palm Beach, Florida.

Christen Ritchey is one of the founding partners of Johnson, Ritchey & Feldman, P.A. in Boca Raton where she focuses her practice on family law matters. Christen is an Accredited Collaborative Professional, a board member for FACP, South Palm Beach County Collaborative law Group and the YMCA.
