Oral Arguments Have Been Scheduled For The Florida Supreme Court

Oral arguments before the Florida Supreme Court concerning the Collaborative law rules have been scheduled for February 9, 2017, 9:00 a.m. The Supreme Court has asked for comments from the ADR Rules and Policy Committee and the Steering Committee on Families and Children in the Court. Robert Merlin, Esq. requests that FACP members contact the individuals they know on these committees to encourage them to support the Collaborative rules.
