Dealing with high-conflict persons under any circumstances is often most frustrating and usually results in the spiking of blood pressure. Dr. Debbie Silver and I are going to discuss specific dos and don’ts in working with high conflict persons in a collaborative process. Understanding behavioral traits and how to manage HCPs is actually quite interesting. If you understand how to deal with HCPs, you will develop skills which will carryover to every day life and change your life in the most positive way in your ability to relate to people.
We will also discuss the double paradigm shift. Working with HCPs in divorce is the next level of enhanced skills and allows the professional to expand and enhance his or her practice and reputation.
